I disagree about england legalising it, if that was the case every one would be smoking it even young children although children do smoke it now. I have seen too may people turn mad off smoking bud, i think it slows you down as well. Smoking a spliff then trying to do anything is terrible. It makes you loose concentration as well as mak you feel lazy. If you want to smoke bud freely go Amsterdam lol then there is no problem there.
